DESCRIPTION
Isoniazid is used as first-line treatment and prevention of tuberculosis (TB) in combination with other drugs.

CAUTIONS
- Notify your doctor if you have acute liver disease or previous history of liver damage during isoniazid therapy.
- Use caution if you have kidney impairment and chronic liver disease.
- Severe and sometimes fatal liver toxicity may occur or develop even after many months of treatment.
